We translate copies of your passports into Georgian and certify them with a notary. Wedding day
Submitting the application and marriage registration take place on the same day. Witness services are provided as required.

The bride can keep her surname, take her husband's surname, or choose a double surname. The decision to change the surname must be indicated when submitting the application. The marriage certificate will indicate both the bride's maiden name and her new surname.
We do not require prepayment. Payment for services is made on the day of the wedding, after receiving the Georgian marriage certificate.

You will personally stay in Georgia for 2–3 days. The marriage registration can take place any day except weekends. Legalization documents are issued the day after the registration.

Georgia is one of the countries that have signed major international agreements on mutual recognition of documents. This means that more than 130 countries, including the EU, the US, Canada, Australia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the CIS countries, accept Georgian documents without additional bureaucratic obstacles. An apostille or a notarized translation into the official language of the destination country is sufficient.

Information about prices and flight schedules can be found on the airline's official website. From Kutaisi, our clients can reach Batumi in 2.5 hours (by bus or taxi). LOT, Lufthansa, and other airlines fly to Tbilisi. There are also several direct flights to Batumi. We do not purchase airline tickets or book accommodation. However, we are always happy to provide helpful advice.
Yes, it is possible. If your witnesses are not Georgian citizens, they will also need to prepare preliminary documents, just like you. Just let us know about this in advance.
